Americans have a right to protest, they do not have a right to loot or infringe on the rights of others.
There are people in America that judge others by the color of their skin. Those are the ignorant few, but recent events have caused that number to grow not decrease.
Do violent protest or even protest that just close a street or store, help or hinder race relations?
